Executive summary · Section 7

Week 1 technical checklist

Unchanged from your kit, plus iOS items.

  • Search Console and Bing Webmaster: verify, submit sitemap.xml, request indexing for the guides.
  • Add an App Store badge above the Chrome steps on every guide. Right now the guides walk through Chrome first. On mobile, show the App Store badge first. On desktop, show Chrome first plus “Also on iPhone” with a QR code to the App Store campaign link.
  • Footer links to /procare-photo-downloader and /save-procare-photos-full-resolution, and to the new iPhone page.
  • Sitemap lastmod updated on deploy. Validate JSON-LD. Add SoftwareApplication with operatingSystem: "iOS" for the app (no review markup until you have real reviews in volume).
  • Core Web Vitals check on the mobile landing pages.

Target keywords

No volumes claimed; validate in Keyword Planner and Search Console.

  • iPhone: save procare photos to iphone / camera roll · procare app save photos · download photos from procare app
  • Core: download / export / save / bulk download procare photos · procare videos download · kinderlime photos
  • Trigger: procare account deactivated · photos after leaving daycare
  • Quality: procare photos blurry · full resolution
  • Share: share daycare photos with grandparents
  • Calendar (iPhone): procare picture day reminder · procare calendar

New pages, in order

Each follows MESSAGING.md §7a.

  1. /save-procare-photos-to-iphone (week 1; it becomes the Google mobile final URL)
    • H1: “Save every Procare photo to your iPhone’s camera roll.”
    • Sections: The manual way (tap, save, one at a time; lost dates; screenshots are blurry); The one-tap way (3 steps in the app); What lands where (the “Daycare Photo Download” album); Share it (AirDrop, iCloud Shared Album, digital frame); Picture day on your calendar (iPhone-only); Privacy; “On a laptop? Add it to Chrome” (one line)
    • CTA: App Store badge with a campaign link.
    • No “free”, “install” or “extension” (Google landing page rules).
  2. /never-miss-picture-day: outline already in CALENDAR-LAUNCH.md. iPhone-only feature, iPhone-only page.
  3. /download-procare-videos: iPhone angle, “full-length videos in your camera roll, not screen recordings”.
  4. /daycare-photo-book (by Oct 26): from camera roll to photo book, using the photo apps parents already have.
  5. /procare-account-deactivated: honest recovery steps (Reddit answer #3), then a CTA aimed at siblings and still-active accounts.
  6. /kinderlime-photos: legacy name page.
  7. Later: /ways-to-save-procare-photos, an honest comparison of manual, website right-click, free console scripts, Chrome tools and the iPhone app. Your iPhone edge is the natural conclusion. State other tools’ features accurately or not at all.

Rework existing guides

Low effort. /save-procare-photos-before-leaving-daycare, /share-daycare-photos-with-grandparents and /save-procare-photos-full-resolution currently say “Add Daycare Photo Download to Chrome…” as step 1. Add an iPhone path first (“On iPhone: get the app, log in to Procare, pick your child”), then “On a computer: add it to Chrome…”.

Blog-style titles

  • “How to save every daycare photo to your iPhone (before the account closes)”
  • “Procare photos look blurry? Why screenshots fail, and how to get the originals onto your phone”
  • “From camera roll to photo book in an evening”
  • “Never miss picture day: daycare dates from teacher notes to your iPhone calendar”
  • “How to give grandparents every daycare photo: AirDrop, shared albums and frames”
  • “Kindergarten transition checklist: the step nobody mentions”
